Mozno oxid bude mat tych 49% len za urcitych okolnosti, a moze aj dost klesnut. Ale u citratu, glucanatu, a bisglycinatu (to je chelatova forma, niekedy oznacovana aj albion), to je nieco nad 60%. Ja preto radsej pouzivam jednu z tychto, nez oxid.
EDIT: Tak hutalo mi to hlavou, preco oxid dopadol tak dobre, ked som si pamatal, ze sa mu treba vyhybat, tak som trochu pohladal a uz viem ako to je. Nasiel som to tu

Cize tam je ten problem, ze za nejakych okolnosti (zatial neviem od coho to zavisi), zinc oxid sa moze vstrebavat velmi zle u niektorych ludi, alebo takmer vobec. Cize pri brani sa riskuje, ze budes prave ten pripad.
Kdezto u ostatnych foriem, to nebolo pozorovane, a vstrebalo sa to vzdy dobre.
Cize, z toho vidno, ze aj u studii clovek musi byt opatrny. Tych 50% u zinc oxidu nieje rovnocennych zo 60% u inych, z toho dovodu, ze hrozi u neho, ze u niektorych sa nevstrebe nic, kym tie ostatne maju stabilne hodnoty vzdy. Z toho vidno, ze netreba pozerat len na vysledne percenta (median), ale aj pozriet horny a dolny limit, teda "stabilitu". Aby clovek neriskoval, ze akurat bude ten pripad, ze bere doplnok, ale nic sa mu nevstrebava. Takze zinc oxid preto nedoporucujem, kym nezistia presny dovod, preco sa to u niektorych ludi deje, ze sa im vstrebava tak zle.
